What personal belongings do you hold most dear?
Even as a kid, I was never one that had to have “things.” I’m more into experiences of memorable times spent with people I love and respect.
One year, for Christmas, I had gotten a tin full of thank you mints. Attached to these mints was a character quality that my mom wrote. So each one would read like “Thank you for your loyalty.”
That was many Christmases ago, but I still have that little tin box (with some unopened candies!) in my dresser drawer. I wouldn’t trade that for all of the money or “success” in the world.
It’s the little things.
